| Storm Water Update 8/21/2007
The Association Board of Directors has approved the appeal process at a Special Meeting on August 16th. This decision was made after the Board conferred with The Environmental Engineer and the Environmental Attorney. The Appeal will be based on the process that will be used in order to control the Stormwater Run-off(gravity drains/injection wells) and the calculations used in determining the post construction run-off vs. the pre-construction run-off. Here is an article from the Daily Local that gives a nice explanation of the situation we are facing.
